01 · what we collect
When you join our list, we collect your first name and email address. We also collect basic, aggregated usage analytics as you browse the site (for example: which pages are viewed, general device type, and approximate country).
We do not ask for, or knowingly store, sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or payment card details on this site.
02 · why we collect it
We use your name and email to send you the updates, essays, and occasional invitations you signed up for. We use aggregated analytics to understand which writing and resources are useful, so we can make more of what actually helps.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
03 · where it is stored
Your information is stored securely in our backend database, hosted on Supabase, and protected with industry-standard access controls and encryption in transit. Only members of the LadyBanker team who need access to operate the list are able to see it.
04 · email & unsubscribe
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from our list promptly. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by reaching us through the inquire page.
05 · cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, remembering that you have already signed up) and to gather anonymous, aggregated analytics about site usage. We do not use these tools to build advertising profiles of you.
06 · children's privacy
This site and our list are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please reach us through the inquire page and we will delete it.
07 · your rights & requests
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, reach us through the inquire page. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.
08 · a note on our content
LadyBanker provides financial education and general information only. We do not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. For decisions specific to your situation, please consult a qualified professional.
09 · changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and — where appropriate — let list members know by email.
